Location Description


This Candlewood Suites Hotel is attached to MSU's Executive Education Center, overlooking an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests have access to University Club dining facilities, health club, day care, and recreational facilities.


Your Role:


You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a memorable first impression and ensuring their stay is exceptional. Your engaging personality and knowledge of the hotel and local area will make all the difference.


Responsibilities:



  • Welcome guests and assist with luggage unloading
  • Provide exceptional customer service and take sincere interest in guests' needs
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain amenities and fun facts about the hotel
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
  • Work together with other attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
  • Assist lobby attendant in maintaining a clean and organized entrance area

Compensation Range


The estimated salary for this position is $14.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.
