We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and health, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service, handling front desk activities, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
Responsibilities:- Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a warm and welcoming smile
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Check members into the system, assist with new member sign-ups, and provide tours of the facility
- Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to questions and concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all members
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- A passion for fitness and health
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
