About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team at WorldStrides. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell event-based products to past customers and new leads
  • Build relationships with customers through regular communication and support
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

About You:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably working with HubSpot, SalesForce, or similar CRM. You should have strong customer-service focus and interpersonal skills, as well as detail-oriented and organizational skills. This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, and excellent benefits. This role is required to work out of our Allentown Office, 4 days a week, with 1 additional day at home. It also includes travel to events and trade shows in select cities, with a minimum of 3 weeks travel required per year.
