Job Description

Noodles & Company is a fast casual restaurant with a passion for serving high-quality, made-to-order dishes. We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff and shift managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to maintain profitability and achieve company standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with restaurant staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
