Overview

We are seeking an experienced pediatrician to join our team in ProLocums. As a Pediatric Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to patients and contributing to the success of our organization.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive, with an estimated salary range of $$240,000 - $320,000 per year, based on experience. This includes a base hourly rate of $140 for clinic work and $1200 per shift for 24-hour call time, with an additional $150 per hour for callback after three hours gratis.

Job Description

This is a full-time position with a scheduled clinic schedule and support from a team of healthcare professionals, including 3 RNs, 1 MA, and 1 Office Staff. The EMR system used is Epic, and the average number of patients per shift is 18-22. The credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have active WA or IMLC Letter of Qualification, be Board Certified, and hold required certifications such as BLS. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
