Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Professional - Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and managing medical equipment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address complex medical issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Washington State RN license or other current state license required to work in your practice area
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers or equivalent training
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with prior experience in pediatric-related healthcare settings preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
