Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Manager

Seattle Children's is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to assume a leadership role in managing the medical clinic operations and supporting staff. This position will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, meeting performance improvement goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical clinics, including supervising RNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Support Coordinators.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Chiefs and Directors to implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • National certification in a clinical specialty area (obtained within three years of employment).
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric ambulatory settings.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $126,805 - $190,207 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
