Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Manager

Seattle Children's seeks a dedicated leader to manage the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This 40-bed quaternary care referral center serves infants up to young adults with a wide range of clinical conditions. Examples include septic shock, acute and chronic respiratory failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, and metabolic diseases.
The PICU team collaborates with Directors, Clinical Directors, Physicians, and clinical staff to assess and enhance patient care services on a 24/7 basis. They develop staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs while maintaining compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
We are seeking an experienced nurse manager with a strong background in pediatric critical care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a commitment to quality patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a competitive salary of $126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year, based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403b retirement plan, life insurance, continuing education opportunities, and more.
