Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our operations. This role involves managing material orders, organizing job boxes, and ensuring optimal stock levels, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve tools and hardware for sheet metal personnel.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace by performing tasks such as sweeping, disposing of waste, and organizing materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify the Purchasing Manager when reordering is necessary.
  • Restock cleaning supplies as required.
  • Utilize company vehicles for local pickups.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to follow instructions, and work collaboratively with others. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential. Below are the qualifications required for this position:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • Capable of interacting professionally and courteously with diverse individuals.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sheet metal is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

EMCOR Government Services offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) Savings Plan, and an employee assistance program.

Compensation Range: $17 - $22 per hour, based on experience.

Other Compensation: Bonus eligible.
