Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our operations. This role involves managing material orders, organizing job supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, and performing various related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve tools and hardware for sheet metal professionals.
- Maintain a tidy workspace by performing cleaning duties, disposing of waste, and organizing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the Purchasing Manager when restocking is necessary.
- Replenish cleaning supply inventory as required.
- Utilize company vehicles for local pickups.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, be receptive to guidance, and work collaboratively with others. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential. Below are the key qualifications required for this position:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
- Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Capable of interacting professionally and courteously with diverse individuals.
- Possess a clean driving record.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with sheet metal is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation Range: $17 - $22 per hour; based on experience
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
