Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse functions, including the handling of goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load, unload, and organize products using various warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.
  • Select and prepare orders for shipment based on pick lists and inventory records.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with data entry tasks.
  • Operate equipment safely and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Follow detailed instructions and best practices to ensure accuracy and safety in all operations.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while executing daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and understand safety guidelines and operational manuals.
  • Basic math skills are required for inventory management.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
