Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support our operations. The Warehouse Associate will be tasked with managing material orders, organizing job supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and performing various related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather tools and materials for the workforce.
  • Ensure a tidy work area by performing cleaning duties such as sweeping and disposing of waste.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify the Purchasing Manager when reordering is necessary.
  • Restock cleaning supplies as required.
  • Utilize company vehicles for local material pickups.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to follow directions, and work collaboratively with others. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential. Below are the key qualifications required for this role:

Essential Attributes:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of interacting professionally and courteously with diverse individuals.
  • Possession of a clean driver's license.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sheet metal is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials.

Compensation and Benefits:

EMCOR Government Services offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) Savings Plan, and an employee assistance program.

Compensation Range: $17 - $22 per hour; based on experience
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
