Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our cafe. Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all customers, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Order Taking: Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to manage transactions.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, and provide support as needed during busy periods.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a calm and professional manner.
