Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
  • Identify and report trends in customer issues to suggest improvements to products or services.
  • Achieve performance goals, including customer satisfaction and response time metrics.
  • Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and policy changes to provide accurate support.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
