Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Assist with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
  • Documentation: Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
