Your New Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a smile.
  • Book customer calls and record essential information accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate job notes in the system to support other departments and technicians.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient with computers and software applications like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with SuccessWare is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be genuine, personable, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
