World Relief is a global Christian humanitarian organization that is fighting for change that lasts, right here in the U.S. We are seeking a Part Time Evening and Weekend Supervisor to join our team in Austin, Texas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines. This role will lead staff in alignment with World Relief's Christian values, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of the Refugee Cash Assistance and Medical Assistance programs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective administration of the programs
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, payments, and related documentation
  • Monitor the distribution of cash and medical assistance to ensure it meets the needs of eligible clients
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes to ensure objectives are met, and identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, interns, and volunteers working in the programs
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Mature and personal Christian faith
  • Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
