The Regional Vice President of Sales - East role is pivotal in steering the leadership and sales achievements for Terex in the East Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage overall sales performance and leadership within the Region.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Drive sales growth in the designated region by broadening the dealer/customer network and pursuing new distribution channels.
- Offer strategic direction in sales forecasting, discount management, profit margin enhancement, and operational expense control.
- Formulate annual business plans and strategies tailored for the assigned territories.
- Develop both short-term and long-term strategies to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in commercial or industrial sales, ideally within aerial products or similar sectors.
