Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and well-maintained for our residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and assign daily tasks and general maintenance, including service requests and punch (make ready) work for the maintenance team, and provide scheduling updates to the CD.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor the maintenance team.
  • Schedule and manage outside vendors.
  • Complete inspections and schedule routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
  • Effectively handle resident service requests in a timely manner, as per company standards.
  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair.
  • Maintain awareness of the physical condition of the property and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
  • Assist in keeping the grounds neat and free of litter.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.
  • Maintain inventory and logs of parts and supplies, and order materials and supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain the organization and safety of the maintenance shop.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the uniform (if applicable), wear a badge (if applicable), and present a professional appearance.
  • Maintain key control, as per company/property policy.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance and supplies.
  • Minimum of three (3) years prior experience.
  • Must possess basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and locksmith skills.
  • Type II HVAC certification required; Universal certification preferred.
  • Must possess own hand tools.
  • Good customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
  • Good planning/organizing skills, including the ability to prioritize and plan work activities and work activities of the team.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
