Lead Cleaning Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cleaning Team Member to join our growing team. As a leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our client's facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning tasks for a team of cleaners.
  • Ensure adherence to established cleaning protocols and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform basic cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
