Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Borawski Insurance in Northampton, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and handled securely.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues effectively, liaising with insurance carriers as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Background: An associate or bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in commercial lines insurance.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Insurance Producer License in the state of Massachusetts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Technology: Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Customer Service: A demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Local Availability: Must be available for on-site attendance at the Northampton, Massachusetts office.
Estimated Salary
The annual base salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000, depending on experience.
