Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee the strategic vision for the organization’s information technology systems.
  • Design and maintain the technological framework, which encompasses organizational information systems, IT support, software applications, and more.
  • Oversee the enterprise architecture and the deployment of a contemporary data infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to guarantee the smooth integration of IT services and solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate professional services, including systems analysis, design, feasibility assessments, and the programming of information, communication, and office automation systems.
  • Direct the implementation of technology initiatives, managing project development, resource allocation, budget oversight, and successful execution.
  • Create IT policies that align with departmental and organizational objectives; develop and nurture team members and departmental initiatives.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to sustain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical capacity, with a strong preference for candidates with significant leadership experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing and scaling IT teams.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and make informed high-level decisions.
  • Expertise in software engineering and data management.
