We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the advancement of The Gardner School's information technology systems, ensuring a seamless and dependable experience for both our clients and team members. This position will involve close collaboration with management at all levels, acting as a trusted technology advisor to formulate a strategic infrastructure plan that supports our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the strategic vision for the organization’s information technology systems.
- Design and maintain the technological framework, which encompasses organizational information systems, IT support, software applications, and more.
- Oversee the enterprise architecture and the deployment of a contemporary data infrastructure.
- Work collaboratively across departments to guarantee the smooth integration of IT services and solutions.
- Lead and coordinate professional services, including systems analysis, design, feasibility assessments, and the programming of information, communication, and office automation systems.
- Direct the implementation of technology initiatives, managing project development, resource allocation, budget oversight, and successful execution.
- Create IT policies that align with departmental and organizational objectives; develop and nurture team members and departmental initiatives.
- Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to sustain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical capacity, with a strong preference for candidates with significant leadership experience.

- Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and make informed high-level decisions.
