Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent to build a high-performing team and drive business results
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and create a positive work environment
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver Coach's Selling and Service expectations and achieve individual and team goals
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention, to maintain a high-performing store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and competition in the marketplace, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to forecast, plan, and budget to meet business needs

About the Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
