We are seeking a Lead Oracle PL/SQL Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:
This position is responsible for defining and articulating system requirements based on user expectations.

Develops or adjusts methodologies to address intricate challenges while considering hardware capabilities, operational timeframes, and the desired outcomes.

Produces comprehensive specifications that will guide the programming process. Evaluates and modifies existing system logic issues and documentation as needed. Capable of functioning at the highest technical tier across all aspects of application systems analysis.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Claims Submission and Adjudication Processes.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Java (JDK 1.8, Java8, AWT, Multithreading, Oracle, JDBC, Servlets)

Middleware Technologies:
Experience with Spring, Rest/SOAP, and Web Services.

Database Expertise:
Familiarity with Oracle 11g.

Knowledge of Bit Bucket and JIRA is advantageous.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field, coupled with 4 years of IT or business experience. Alternatively, 6 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides advanced support for the definition and refinement of business requirements, as well as for quality assurance and acceptance testing efforts.
Designs, develops, tests, and troubleshoots software components of moderate to high complexity.
Offers implementation, production, and upgrade support for software components of similar complexity.

May serve as a liaison between the application team and the user community, facilitating communication, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support.

Collaborates with the user community to articulate business requirements in detail and to define business use cases that can guide system configuration, development, enhancement, and operational activities.

Oversees the creation of user and technical documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
