Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Claims Submission and Adjudication
  • Proficient in Java (JDK 1.8, Java8, AWT, Multithreading, Oracle, JDBC, Servlets)
  • Experience with Middleware technologies: Spring, Rest/SOAP, Web services
  • Database expertise: Oracle 11g
  • Familiarity with Bit Bucket and JIRA
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field, coupled with 4 years of IT or business experience. Alternatively, 6 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced support for the definition and refinement of business requirements, along with quality assurance and acceptance testing efforts.
  • Design, develop, test, and debug software components of moderate to high complexity.
  • Offer implementation, production, and upgrade support for software components of similar complexity.
  • Act as a liaison between the application team and the user community, facilitating communication, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support.
  • Collaborate with the user community to articulate business requirements in detail and establish business use cases for system configuration, development, enhancement, and operational activities.
  • Oversee the creation of user and technical documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
