A leading design-build general contractor based in Chicago seeks an experienced construction management professional to join their team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced construction management professional who will oversee multiple projects or one large project across various markets. This individual will lead the project from initiation to close, manage subcontractors, work with vendors, and track inventory of equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of regulations, permits, and project management methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in design-build construction
  • Technical literacy and ability to work well with others, be highly organized, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
