Job SummaryThe Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenues. This role involves supervising a team of 5-10 employees, training, directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maximize guest satisfaction by responding promptly to concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of guest transactions, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual MVRs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Front Desk Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with guests, colleagues, and management. The role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
