Position Overview:

The Guest Services Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests at Summit Hospitality Group. This position involves direct interaction with guests to facilitate their check-in and check-out processes while delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restocking necessary materials and ensuring the lobby is inviting.
  • Assist guests with information regarding local attractions, dining options, and directions.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with tact and efficiency, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service during peak times, including breakfast and social events.
  • Attend training sessions and adhere to all safety and security protocols as outlined by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front desk or guest services roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and computer operations.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Work Environment:
