Job Summary:
SALTO Inspired Access is seeking a highly skilled Field Engagement Specialist to join our sales and support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and standards compliance across various industry applications and technologies.

About the Job:
This role involves working closely with our project managers and field sales teams to deliver innovative security solutions that protect our customers' teams and building assets. You will engage with customers face-to-face to understand their expectations and deliver tailored security solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical and domain expertise in access control, door hardware, electric door switching, power panels, and fire egress.

Responsibilities:
• Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to understand their expectations and deliver tailored security solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in access control, door hardware, electric door switching, power panels, and fire egress.
• Project Support: Assist project managers and field sales teams with solutions and security product knowledge.
• Problem Solving: Improve first-time use effectiveness, reduce downtime, and overcome any hurdles in the customer experience.
• Relationship Building: Act as an ambassador for SALTO, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer:
SALTO Inspired Access offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
