We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top IT talent to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily meetings with the local office to ensure feedback, updates, and priorities are communicated to the entire team.
  • Utilize various job platforms to search for and reach out to qualified candidates who are actively or passively looking for employment in the market.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' technical experience and determine if they are a good fit for our job openings.
  • Format resumes and submission packages to highlight candidates' top skills for our clients to review.
  • Prepare candidates for phone and in-person interviews by having in-depth conversations about questions, scenarios, and technical experience that may be asked by our clients.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to negotiate pay rates for both consultants and clients.
  • Gather and prepare all onboarding paperwork for candidates after the offer/acceptance stage.
  • Continuously stay connected with consultants through regular check-ins, in-person meetings, and other opportunities to ensure they are happy and successful in their new roles.
  • Meet minimum weekly metrics, including phone interviews and submissions to open jobs.


Required Experience/Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
  • A passion for connecting with people and a drive to succeed.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
