On Line Design, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and facilities. Your primary focus will be on performing preventive and reactive maintenance duties, including managing and executing PM schedules, repairing equipment to maintain maximum production rates, and maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance activities and improvement projects to support plant operational needs and goals.
  • Work to continuously improve and optimize production equipment, focusing on a PM-based structure and downtime minimization.
  • Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other preventive maintenance actions.
  • Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hand tools or power tools.
  • Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, or electrical equipment like multimeters, amp probes, and meggers.
  • Support and train production during startups, changeovers, and ongoing operations to maximize line throughputs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production facility, preferably in a bottling or food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience following preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Experience working with multimeters, amp probes, and meggers.
  • Experience reading product manuals and following schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds.
