Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair batch processing tanks, and maintain chillers at our Franklin facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance on batch processing tanks, including cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues with tanks and chillers
  • Operate and maintain fork trucks, aerial lifts, and fleet vehicles
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient and safe maintenance operations
  • Replace power sources and fuses, and power down machines as needed
Requirements:
  • 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Lock Out Tag Out experience
  • Knowledge of 480V breakers, wiring, and PLC systems
  • Ability to work closely with the engineering team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for planned and unplanned overtime
  • Reliability for on-call duties
Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Ohio, with occasional tasks at the Springboro location. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits:

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months. The pay is $30-$32/hour with planned and unplanned overtime and an on-call system. Minimum 3 hours pay if called in.
