Position Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled construction professionals with a variety of on-site tasks.
  • Acquire and implement construction techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Support the team in maintaining an orderly and safe work environment.
  • Operate and care for dump trucks and trailers under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Travel to various job sites to gain experience across different projects.
  • Utilize computer and smartphone skills to document progress and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and advance in the construction field.
  • Prior experience in construction is advantageous.
  • Clean driving record with experience operating dump trucks and trailers.
  • Willingness to travel to different work locations as required.
  • Proficient in using computers and smartphones for communication and reporting purposes.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and follow directives.
