Windows Technical Support Specialist

An Insight Global client is seeking a skilled technical support analyst to provide long-term support to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide unit-level support for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation and peripheral hardware and software.
- Respond to and resolve workstation, application, and server-related problems.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Update desktop software and applications, and maintain documentation on installed applications.
- Provide assistance with working in specific applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office-related equipment and applications, such as copiers, fax machines, printers, building access systems, and email accounts.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $25-$28 per hour, depending on level of education and experience. Benefit packages will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
