Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and triaging incoming referrals, managing intake boxes, and documenting activity in our tracking software. If you have experience in a medical or clinical setting and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and triage all incoming referrals, including faxes and mail
  • Manage intake boxes and review referrals for validity
  • Index referrals for duplicates in our tracking software
  • Document activity in our tracking software
  • Confirm receipt of referrals by email to examiners within 2 hours of receipt
  • Print referral information when required
  • Give information packets to UR Nurses for assignment
  • Upload documentation into our systems
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
