Job Title: Program Officer - Refugee Resettlement

U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing national oversight of program activities, providing culturally competent training and technical assistance to a national network of providers, and ensuring compliance with federal guidelines through monitoring and evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide national oversight of program activities
  • Provide culturally competent training and technical assistance to a national network of providers
  • Ensure compliance with federal guidelines through monitoring and evaluation activities
  • Collect data, write reports, and provide support in proposal continuation applications
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution with at least two years of progressive experience in the resettlement, humanitarian, or other relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience providing case management services domestically or relief services overseas is highly desirable
  • Experience in social services, trauma-informed and responsive care, strength-based case management
  • Program management oversight of a national program is highly desirable
  • Strong writing and computer skills are essential along with a background in grant management and training
