About the RoleBrightest Employment is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our High Production Manager in researching employment positions and tracking information.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask at a high level. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow and productivity, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the High Production Manager in researching employment positions and tracking information.
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM's and other software applications.
