Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a world-class homeowner experience while setting high-quality appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delight Internal and External Customers: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build Rapport with Customers and Teammates: Develop strong relationships with customers and teammates, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating clearly and effectively with RBA teammates.
  • Overcome Objections and Set Appointments: Utilize available scripting and rebuttals to overcome objections and set appointments with an emphasis on first available appointment.
  • Ensure Appointment Quality: Ensure the quality of appointments set for the Outside Sales Team, ensuring a seamless transition and successful outcomes.
  • Assist with Calendar Capacity: Assist with calendar capacity through understanding and utilization of territory calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and productivity.

  • Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Objection Handling: Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections and negotiate positive outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful appointments.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and navigate a variety of tools, technology, and systems, ensuring seamless integration and effective use.
  • Professionalism: Represent the company with the utmost degree of professionalism at all times, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and some holidays, ensuring coverage and meeting business needs.
  • Experience: One year of call center experience, with a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction.
