About the Role

This Post Production Coordinator role is a 100% in-office entry-level position in Hollywood, CA, at our Post Production facility. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with a positive attitude. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, a personable demeanor is essential.

Ideal candidates for this role have career aspirations in Post Production and are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening the office and ensuring a smooth start to the day
  • Answering phones, greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Supporting day-to-day office management, including maintaining documents, lists, and spreadsheets
  • Keeping office supplies and kitchens fully stocked and organized
  • Maintaining the office bays and premises to client-ready standards
  • Occasional runs and deliveries
  • Interfacing with building operations and service vendors
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (web/digital media, film, communications, information technology) or 1-2 years of experience in Entertainment Marketing, Media, Streaming, or a related field
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • High-level verbal, visual, and written communication skills
  • Passionate about work and approaches challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite
  • Valid driver's license and a working vehicle
Compensation and Benefits
  • This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.28
