Role Overview

The main objective of this position is to deliver exceptional customer support, manage product coordination, and facilitate order processing to our partners, consistently surpassing their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries.

  4. Serve as the primary liaison for designated customers and product lines.
  5. Enter all incoming orders into our ERP System while ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  6. Monitor order status throughout the order lifecycle and maintain retention records.
  7. Assist colleagues in providing historical, forecasting, and statistical data.
  8. Complete and organize necessary forms, including shipping, export, and other required documentation.
  9. Coordinate transportation for direct customers using the Traffic Management system.
  10. Manage and distribute shipping documents and certifications.
  11. Oversee material repacks, warehouse transfers, and quality assessments as requested.
  12. Review internal inventory to ensure proper FIFO product allocations.
  13. Collaborate with the product manager to coordinate inventories for all assigned product lines.
  14. Act as a liaison among inventory, traffic, purchasing, credit, and quality departments.
  15. Execute a variety of standardized tasks in accordance with established practices and procedures.
  16. Communicate courteously, effectively, and tactfully with customers, which is essential.
  17. Adhere to all Quality, Safety, and Environmental protocols.
  18. Uphold the standards of the Ravago Code of Conduct.
  19. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Education:
  2. High School diploma or equivalent.
  3. Experience:
  4. A minimum of three years in a Customer Service capacity.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe file creation.
  6. Ability to think systematically and take action.
  7. A strong desire to excel.
  8. Exceptional planning and execution abilities.
  9. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
