Administrative Coordinator

Abacus Technology is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB. This is a full-time position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to managers and staff members, including processing new and departing contract employees, preparing written communications, and monitoring progress toward task completion.
- Manage the logistical needs of a large service vehicle fleet, including service scheduling, registration renewal, and fuel card management.
- Track and manage organizational staff training and certification records, coordinate staff training, and plan meeting minutes.
- Coordinate occasional staff travel and provide administrative support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in office administration and customer service.
- HS diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, with experience in MS Project and MS Access a plus.
- A current Secret clearance and US citizenship.
