Job Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Kasai North America, Inc, you will be responsible for directing the activities of maintenance operations in a timely and efficient manner to support plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the work of group leaders, maintenance technicians, and HVAC maintenance technicians within the department.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide services and follow up to assure completion.
  • Supervise the activities of group leaders and maintenance technicians.
  • Responsible for administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations of wage increases.
  • Establish and maintain good employee relations and adherence to proper disciplinary measures when required.
  • Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or GED with additional specialized education or training.
  • Three to five years of supervisory related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
