Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions. They will need to decipher complex eligibility information from various electronic sources quickly and deliver it courteously and effectively to our membership population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage questions.
- Decipher complex eligibility information from various electronic sources.
- Deliver information to our membership population in a courteous and effective manner.
- Meet high production and quality standards in a high-volume call center environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of CSR/call center experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Proficiency with computers in a PC/Windows environment.
- Ability to work during the holiday season.
