About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our schedule.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience

Home Care Management Position

In this role, you will work closely with our Vice President and administrative team to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion. You will also be responsible for managing clients' schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing operational budgets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage clients' schedules to ensure all services meet company standards
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations governing home care services
  • Manage operational budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensure clients receive personalized, high-quality care that meets their individual needs
  • Collaborate with the Vice President and administrative team to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the home care, healthcare, or senior services industry
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of home care regulations and compliance requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
