Showroom Sales Manager Job Description

At Daltile, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales associates, and promoting our products through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Promote Daltile products through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • 6-8 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
