Position Overview:

The IT Systems Administrator plays a vital role within the Business Technology and Innovation (BTI) team. This position is essential for enhancing the company's productivity by managing software infrastructure systems and providing IT support to team members. The IT Systems Administrator ensures that all personnel have the necessary technological tools and connectivity to meet and exceed business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management

  • Administer the Microsoft365 portal and its applications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by overseeing the IT support ticketing system, identifying issues, and providing solutions.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes according to established procedures.
  • Conduct quarterly IT training sessions for team members.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including access points and cabling.
  • Submit technology-related purchase requests to the BTI Director.
  • Handle requests for technology services, including hardware and peripherals.

Project Oversight

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle for IT-related enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and updates on project progress.

Security Management

  • Implement the latest security protocols across devices and networks.
  • Conduct regular security audits and tests to ensure compliance.
  • Manage system permissions and maintain security policies.
  • Participate in testing security controls to meet service level agreements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-house audio and visual setups for meetings.
  • Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
  • Engage in special projects and respond to urgent requests as needed.
  • Promote the FOH culture through leadership and actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • A+ and N+ certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT support and help desk roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft365 and Active Directory.
  • Strong proficiency in Mac OS, Windows environments, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
