In today's fast-paced world, children, teens, and families face unprecedented challenges that can lead to significant stress. Bend Health's collaborative care model emphasizes therapeutic support to help families navigate everyday difficulties, including emotional management, overcoming negative thought patterns, and alleviating stress and anxiety.

We are seeking a full-time Onboarding Support Specialist I who is dedicated to comprehensive mental health care for individuals and families. This position will report to the Supervisor of Service Operations.

Working Hours:
  • 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST (Open to candidates in any U.S. time zone)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the service organization and ensuring that the member experience at Bend Health stands out as a leader in the industry.
  • Bring a proven track record in healthcare engagement, customer support, sales, or marketing.
  • Educate caregivers about the extensive range of services offered by Bend Health.
  • Provide exceptional support through various channels, including email, forms, phone, and text, using a concierge approach.
  • Demonstrate urgency and collaborate across departments to identify, investigate, document, troubleshoot, and resolve support inquiries through a structured escalation process.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive support documentation to enhance the member experience.
  • Verify insurance eligibility for both new and existing members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Psychology is highly preferred.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a commitment to creating exceptional member experiences.
  • Strong customer service abilities to manage and exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience in documentation and quality assurance processes.
  • Capability to learn and effectively utilize new tools and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for increasing access to mental health services.

The salary for this position is $45,000 per year for residents of the United States. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including education, experience, and certifications. In addition to the salary, Bend Health provides a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
