Field Support/Helpdesk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Support/Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at North Country Business Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and repairing software, hardware, networking, and peripheral issues, and maintaining accurate and organized inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic software, hardware, networking, and peripheral issues both remotely and at the client's location.
  • Stage and install new equipment at client locations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory.
  • Assist with installation projects, including delivering hardware, setting up at client site, uninstalling old equipment, and providing documentation.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A two-year technical degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in Computer software and hardware preferred.
  • Network connectivity and related software experience is a plus.
  • A good driving record and a valid driver's license are required.
