About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Substation Engineering Manager to lead our engineering design team in Portland, OR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while working on challenging substation projects.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage project schedules and budgets while ensuring quality management and technical correctness.
  2. Grow and develop the Portland office engineering and design resources.
  3. Provide overall engineering/design technical leadership and expertise within the discipline.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with limited direction. A P.E. license and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited university are also required.
