We are seeking an experienced Substation Engineering Manager to join our Power Delivery team in Portland, OR. In this role, you will oversee the performance of department resources, provide quality management, and ensure project contract compliance. You will also grow, train, and develop the Portland office engineering and design resources, as well as support estimating efforts with RFP reviews and proposal responses.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in substation engineering, a P.E. license, and knowledge of engineering and construction standards and processes. Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
